Thank you for visiting our website. This website is operated by ‘Clear Ears Pty Ltd’ ABN: 23 414 360 963 under licence from Clear Ears Holdings ABN: 66 151 692 812. By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy . You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, 'us', 'we' and 'our' means Clear Ears Holdings and/or Clear Ears Pty Ltd.

Registration

You must be a registered member to access our website.

When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, country of residence, qualifications and interests. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.

To create an account, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us;
  • warrant that you are currently qualified and registered as the nominated health practitioner and in current practice. NB: The Clear Ears Learning Hub is unsuitable for anyone not qualified in Australia as a Registered Nurse, Doctor (MBBS) or Master of Audiology or their equivalent. Do not attempt to practice this procedure if you are not qualified to do so; and
  • agree and warrant to use the website in accordance with these Terms.
Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you in order to process your registration and provide you with access to the Clear Ears Learning Hub and for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at https://clearearslearning.com/privacy-policy.

We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide our services to you. We may also disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of Australia.

Our Privacy Policy explains: (i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct, your personal information; (ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and (iii) how we will handle any complaint. Purchases
Payment Methods and Security

Our ecommerce is hosted on eWay. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer access to our Learning Hub securely for you.

Your data is stored through eWays’ data storage, databases and the general eWay application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Payment is required at time of Registration. Should you cancel your booking and not wish to continue with the course a refund, if applicable, of your payment will be made within 5 working days of notification. Please see Cancellation Policy for applicable refunds.

Invoicing

All receipts or invoices from Clear Ears Learning are electronic, and emailed to the email address you have supplied to us. If you would like to receive a hard copy of any receipt, this can be arranged on request and posted to your mailing address.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you need to cancel or postpone your enrolment. Please note the following fees apply to any cancellation or postponement.

  • Cancellation prior to commencing Learning hub - 50% of fee is refundable
  • Cancellation once Learning hub has been commenced online – no fee is refundable.
  • Postponement of the Learning hub at any stage will attract a $50 administration fee.
  • Cancellation of a subscription: full refund of days remaining (prorated from start of each subscription period) from the date of written notification, less an administration fee of $10
Limitations to access

Access to Clear Ears Learning Hub is limited to 6 weeks following registration or in the case of pre-registration 6 weeks from Course commencement.
Access to the Clear Ears Learning Hub for Subscriptions – As per subscription period subscribed to.

Modifications To The Service And Prices

Prices for our Learning Hub are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Learning Hub (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of this Service.
